Pluto dog-waste bag dispenser

A well designed, robust dispenser made of
powder coated steel that is ideal for
installation in parks, town centres, canal
paths and other outdoor areas where there
is a “Waste disposal problem”.
Pluto is securely mounted with a lock and
contains 400 BioBag dog waste bags.
There are 3 different models: freestanding,
mounted on a pole or fixed to a wall.
The standard colour is RAL6009 -
Fir Green.

BioBag Dog

BioBag dog waste bags do not contain any
polyethylene-based ingredients. They are as
natural as dog waste and decompose
within 40 days in a healthy composting
environment. By comparison, it takes more
than 100 years for normal plastic bags to
decompose.
It strikes us as very strange to put something
that is 100% biodegradable into a plastic
bag which will not break down for 100
years, thus causing a serious waste problem.
BioBag Dog is certified to European standards
EN-13432 for compostable products and the
American standard for compostable
plastics ASTMD6400-99.

Millions of plastic bags containing dog waste
are littering the hedgerows and piling up in
landfill because they simply can not decompose
properly.

The pooh would be better left to decompose
within natural conditions.

Normal plastic bags take over 100 years to
break down in the soil.

So called ‘degradable’ bags are blends of
Polyethylene (PE) with additives including heavy
metals that cause the bag to eventually shatter
into smaller and smaller pieces leaving plastic
Debris and toxins in the environment.

BioBag Dog is made from renewable natural
plastic produced from GM free Corn Starch and
Vegetable Oil and breaks down in as little as
40 days.

BioBag Dog waste bags are certified as
compostable according to the European
standard EN-13432 (meaning they will
Biodegrade with in 45 days under composting
conditions).
